Description
The City of Hampton is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed offerors to provide decorative fountain aeration and LED lighting installation, preventative maintenance and repair services including aquatic vegetation and algae management. The contract will be an on-call, indefinite-quantity contract with no minimum guarantee, and the City may issue task orders for specific projects, repairs, inspections, emergency work, preventative maintenance, or installations. Services include diagnostic and troubleshooting, pump and motor repair, plumbing and hydraulic system services, electrical and control system services, LED lighting system services, aquatic vegetation and algae management, new installation and capital improvement services, preventative maintenance, seasonal services, and emergency response. The contractor must be licensed in Virginia and possess applicable electrical licensing and VDACS 5-A Aquatics certification for chemical treatments. The contract term is one year with up to four optional one-year renewals.
