Description
Marine Forces South (MARFORSOUTH) is seeking a contractor to support an official Government conference in New Orleans, Louisiana, from November 4 through November 7, 2026. The requirement includes 80 hotel rooms for three nights, conference facilities for approximately 120 attendees, one breakout room, room setup and daily reconfiguration, housekeeping, dedicated wireless internet, and on-site audiovisual technical support. The primary conference room must accommodate the specified U-shape and classroom configurations, and the facility must be ADA-compliant, climate-controlled, and provide adequate parking. The contractor must also provide audiovisual equipment, including a projector, screen, wireless microphones, speakers, mixing board, and podium; breakfast, lunch, beverages, snacks, and an evening social for up to 70 VIP guests; and related management, personnel, equipment, and incidental services. The contractor must submit an AV and Room Setup Plan by October 21, 2026, and provide final room-block confirmation and daily unauthorized guest-charge reporting. Award is expected to be a single firm-fixed-price contract, with quotes evaluated on price, technical capability, and past performance.
