Description
The Indian Health Service is soliciting non-personal, firm-fixed-price ultrasound technologist services for Pine Ridge Hospital. The contractor must provide qualified personnel to support direct patient care, emergency, inpatient, outpatient, obstetrical, and radiology operations, including abdominal, pelvic, obstetrical, small-parts, and other ultrasound examinations; diagnostic-quality image acquisition; safe equipment operation; and technical support for radiologist interpretation. Diagnostic radiology duties may also be required when ultrasound examinations are not being performed and personnel are qualified. The requirement includes continuous staffing coverage, contingency coverage, scheduling, credentialing and onboarding, BLS/CPR and immunization compliance, documentation in facility systems, workload and timekeeping records, quality reporting, and compliance with patient-safety, infection-control, radiation-safety, and facility policies. Proposed personnel must be ARDMS-eligible or registered and have at least one year of ultrasound experience. Award will be made to a technically acceptable, responsible offeror offering the lowest evaluated price, with past performance potentially considered for responsibility.
