Description
The Hampton Roads Transportation Accountability Commission (HRTAC), a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia, is soliciting proposals from engineering consulting firms to provide professional engineering services for design and operational reviews, cost-data analysis, development of independent estimates, traffic analysis, reports, accurate cost projections, and compliance with federal and state statutes covering construction projects. The services will support HRTAC High Priority Projects and related initiatives.
