Description
The City of Norfolk is reissuing its request for qualifications to expand the pool of pre-qualified general contractors for the Renovate Norfolk program. The selected contractors will provide interior and exterior rehabilitation services for owner-occupied residential properties ranging from single-family homes to multi-family units. Qualified contractors will join a selected pool and may compete for individual rehabilitation projects for up to four years. Applications are reviewed as submitted, and contractors already pre-qualified under the prior requests for qualifications do not need to reapply. The solicitation package includes the RFQ template and property-owner agreement and notice-to-proceed documents.
