Region 19 Education Service Center - Allied States Cooperative (ASC) is issuing a Request for Proposal for High Speed Duplicator Rentals. The awarded vendor(s) will provide rental of high speed duplicators, including maintenance and optional accessories, to ASC members. The equipment must meet minimum specifications including multiple color printing, 300 dpi digitization, image area up to 8.5" x 14", computer connectivity, Postscript 3 capabilities, 500,000 monthly production capability, PM cycle every 500,000 copies, visual and electronic ink supply verification, first print in 25 seconds or less, 60-130 pages per minute, 1,000 sheet paper capacity, book adjustable top/cover, reproduction of photographs or halftones, reduction/enlargement between 60% and 155%, and energy save mode. Optional accessories include integrated GDI system controller, network cards, color print cylinders, automatic document feeder, job separator, key card counter, and special paper feed kit. The awarded vendor is responsible for all liability issues except deliberate vandalism or destruction. Pricing may be based on a discount from a price list or catalog, fixed price, or a combination, with indefinite quantities. Electronic catalog and/or price lists must accompany the proposal. The contract will replace solicitation 21-7421, and vendors awarded on that solicitation must respond to this one for consideration.
