Description
Gadsden Independent School District (GISD) intends to award a sole source contract to Chaparral Holdings Corporation for broadband services. The scope includes continued operation and management of the existing wireless broadband network serving participating student households, provision of broadband internet connectivity throughout the GISD service area, maintenance and servicing of network infrastructure and equipment, technical support and troubleshooting, repair/replacement/upgrade of network components, and timely response to outages. The contract amount is $1,750,500.00 before tax, with an estimated tax of $113,738.73, for a one-year term. The procurement is posted on the New Mexico State Purchasing Division website under Procurement #70-S0043-26-CP316. Protests must be submitted within 15 calendar days of posting.
