Description
The City of Concord seeks an on-call sewer contractor to perform as-needed repairs to sewer lateral and sewer main lines. The work includes replacing damaged city-owned service laterals and performing spot repairs on sewer mains to maintain adequate flow and reduce overflows and groundwater infiltration into the sewer system. The project is categorized as exempt under California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Sections 15301, 15302, and 15304, covering existing facilities, replacement and reconstruction, and minor alterations to land.
