Description
The City of San Ramon is requesting proposals for comprehensive access control, security monitoring, and security camera services across approximately fifteen city-owned facilities. The scope includes assessment, design, installation, integration, monitoring, maintenance, repair, training, and ongoing support for access control hardware and software, intrusion detection systems, duress buttons, security cameras, networking equipment, and related infrastructure. Key objectives include converting existing systems to an Active Directory-based access control environment, integrating existing and future cameras into a centralized cloud-based management system, expanding controlled access points, and storing video and audio off-site for at least one year. New cameras must provide a minimum 4K resolution. The contractor must provide three years of on-site support, 24-hour emergency response, 48-hour non-emergency response, certified technicians, system documentation, and assistance integrating 750 to 1,000 users. The initial term is three years with up to seven successive one-year renewal options. Proposals must include qualifications, relevant experience and references, staffing and resumes, subcontractor information, licenses, pricing, and a proposed approach and work plan.
