The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing a Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) to lease space in Concord, California, to replace the existing Concord Vet Center. The government requires a minimum of 4,708 to a maximum of 6,674 ABOA square feet of contiguous space on the first floor of a modern quality building within a defined area of consideration. The lease term is 20 years, with 10 years firm, and the government has termination rights after the firm term with 180 days' notice. The space must include 30 surface/outside parking spaces reserved for government use. The VA will evaluate offers based on facility, site, past performance, and experience factors, with socio-economic status considered. The TI allowance is $202 per ABOA square foot. Offers are due by September 30, 2026.
