Muskegon County’s 60th District Court seeks one or more qualified treatment providers for its Sobriety Court program. Services include substance abuse assessments and individual and group therapy, court-specific groups, intensive treatment services, aftercare and alumni support, follow-up services, and court liaison staffing. Providers must coordinate care with the court team, serve at least 50 participants annually, and enter treatment and assessment data into the specified systems within 24 hours. Responders must have at least three years of relevant experience, provide appropriately licensed or credentialed personnel, and hold accreditation from an accepted national accreditation entity. Proposals must include staff credentials and insurance-panel information, a recent accreditation letter, specified participant privacy and sex-offender screening documentation, sample timesheets and participant billing statements, and pricing on the bid sheet. The selected provider must pursue other funding sources before billing the County; the County’s treatment funds are a payer of last resort. The contract is for three years by mutual agreement, and the successful provider must furnish a 100% performance bond and meet the stated insurance requirements.
