Description
Ottawa County Facilities Maintenance is seeking a vendor to inspect, maintain, service, and repair county-owned forklifts and aerial equipment. Work includes annual inspections; routine servicing and component repairs; safety checks and testing; maintenance records and compliance documentation; and emergency breakdown response within 24 hours, with technicians dispatched onsite. One industrial lift truck oil and filter change is included annually, while other services are provided as needed. The vendor must also provide MEWP and PIT staff training and certification, including learning materials, testing, and certification cards. The quote must include a sample inspection and maintenance checklist, the vendor’s relevant certifications, licenses, and qualifications, and pricing for preventive maintenance, inspections, parts, emergency repairs, pickup, labor, and other applicable fees. The contract has a three-year initial term and two optional 12-month renewals.
