Description
National Heritage Academies is requesting internet access and data transmission service for 58 schools. The response worksheet requests pricing for symmetrical 200 Mbps, 500 Mbps, and 1 Gbps service options, with separate pricing for 12-, 24-, and 36-month terms. Vendors must provide non-recurring and monthly recurring charges for each school and service option, and address technical requirements including an assignable IP address, copper Ethernet/electrical handoff, whether the vendor is an end-to-end provider, installation in the main server room, and the ability to meet a July 1, 2027, turn-up date. The worksheet also requests disclosure of any third-party carriers and construction or right-of-way permits that could delay installation. Pricing must remain valid for at least 90 days following the proposal due date.
