Description
Kent County seeks an independent contractor to serve as a Clinical Liaison for the 17th Circuit Court Treatment and Support Court. Duties include coordinating diagnostic and substance-use assessments; gathering participant information; developing individualized phase plans; coordinating treatment and community supports; maintaining clinical documentation and program databases; participating in case reviews; providing clinical updates and recommendations; conducting outreach case management; making referrals; and providing testimony when subpoenaed. The contractor must comply with applicable HIPAA privacy requirements. Applicants must have a master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or counseling psychology, and Michigan licensure or certification in an eligible profession. At least two years of mental health and substance-use treatment experience is required. The contract term is one year, and total compensation may not exceed $66,240. The proposal must include a resume and three references from current or past customers with similar work; Kent County employees may not be used as references.
