Description
Ottawa County seeks a comprehensive Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platform, Managed Detection and Response (MDR), and Security Operations Center (SOC) services. The solution must support the County’s hybrid on-premises and cloud environment and provide continuous 24/7/365 monitoring, threat detection and hunting, alert triage, incident investigation and escalation, response support, reporting, and operational assistance. Vendors must describe integrations, data retention and protection, licensing, service capabilities, and any limitations or additional costs.
