Description
Ottawa County seeks a comprehensive Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platform, Managed Detection and Response (MDR), and Security Operations Center (SOC) services. The contractor will provide continuous 24/7/365 monitoring, threat detection and investigation, incident escalation and response support, reporting, and operational support. The solution must integrate with the County’s hybrid on-premises and cloud environment and support implementation, configuration, testing, training, and ongoing service improvement. The proposal must include a completed Attachment A cover sheet, Attachment B with three similar-project references, and Attachment C proposal response. Attachment C requests company background and qualifications, comparable experience, a work plan, implementation plan and timeline, training and support details, and itemized pricing. The contract term is five years, with two optional one-year renewals. Insurance certificates are not required with the proposal; the successful proposer must meet the stated insurance requirements.
