Description
Salem Township Library requests fixed-price quotations for internet access with a minimum capacity of 400 Mbps, including at least one static IP address, a 99.97% uptime guarantee if available, and a maximum four-hour service response time around the clock. Quotes should itemize all components and separately identify services or products that are not eligible for E-rate funding. The requested internet service includes ISP-owned connectivity equipment and end-to-end maintenance; installation and initial configuration are indicated in the application. The request also covers a WatchGuard or equivalent firewall, including installation, configuration, and maintenance, plus basic maintenance of eligible existing equipment such as switches, wireless access points, and wireless controllers. Managed internal broadband services are requested for existing equipment. Vendors must have an E-rate SPIN and an active SAM.gov registration, and must have the 2027 Service Provider Annual Certification Form 473 on file with USAC by September 1, 2027. Proof of workers’ compensation insurance is requested with the internet bid; proof of a $2 million liability insurance umbrella is required upon award. Quotes must be firm fixed price, clearly marked “E-rate bid,” and emailed to both listed recipients. The buyer may award more than one provider and may consider multi-year contracts.
