Description
The City seeks a qualified individual or firm to administer its Texas Community Development Block Grant projects from grant award through final closeout. Services include grant implementation and reporting, financial management and reimbursement requests, environmental review coordination, procurement and contract compliance, labor standards and construction coordination where applicable, civil rights and citizen participation documentation, acquisition and relocation compliance if required, and support for monitoring, audits, corrective actions, and closeout. The administrator must maintain applicable Texas Department of Agriculture TxCDBG certifications and provide qualified personnel; proposals should describe the proposed fees, services, and any optional services. The contract is expected to be annual, with up to four annual renewals.
