Description
The City seeks a consultant to provide remote, on-call municipal planning and zoning support, including review and processing of development applications and entitlements, analysis for compliance with the Comprehensive Plan and Unified Development Ordinance, land-use data analysis, and special planning projects. The work includes virtual coordination with applicants and stakeholders and attendance at virtual public hearings and community meetings as required. The proposal must include qualifications and similar municipal work, hourly rates, fees for the listed application and planning tasks, three verifiable references from municipal clients, and a signed commitment to dedicate at least five hours per week. The consultant must accept payment directly from Plan Commission/BZA applicants and/or the City. Proposals must acknowledge and accept the specified contract clauses that may apply if state or federal funds become available.
