Description
The F-35 Lightning II Program Office requires an F-35 platform interface test-and-evaluation solution that directly injects synthetic electro-optical infrared imagery into an F-35 system under test using a government-furnished scene-generation system. The effort continues work performed under a prior F-35 contract and is intended to be ordered under Basic Agreement N00019-24-G-0010. The acquisition is being pursued on a sole-source basis because Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company is identified as the only known qualified source with the required F-35 design, integration experience, proprietary technical documentation, software, algorithms, and technical expertise. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; responsible sources may voluntarily submit capability statements, and subcontracting opportunities may be available through Lockheed Martin. The associated F-35 data is export controlled and unavailable to foreign sources or representatives.
