Description
The City seeks quotes for portable inspection camera systems used to capture still images and continuous 360-degree video of manholes and other underground infrastructure without confined-space entry. The system must support wireless live preview and remote shutter operation, provide dual-sided lighting with at least 1,500 lumens per light, and include a battery-powered motorized lowering assembly with controlled, variable-speed movement. A modular carbon-fiber pole with an approximately 10-foot working reach is also specified. The requested equipment includes tripod and pole deployment kits and associated components such as a rolling hard case, tripod, lowering rig, battery and charger, camera cradle and sleeve, inspection lights, adapters, and cables. Quantities are estimates, with purchases made as needed; the City does not guarantee future orders. Quotes are evaluated on the lowest responsive and responsible bid, and multiple awards may be made.
