Description
This Sources Sought/RFI seeks qualified businesses capable of providing Home Station Training Complex support for Navy Expeditionary Combat Command. The anticipated requirement includes counter-improvised explosive device instruction; curriculum analysis and updates; training planning and scheduling; exercise, logistics, and mobile training team support; integration-cell subject matter expertise; project management; and maintenance, repair, replacement, and upgrade of training aids, facilities, equipment, and related systems. Personnel must meet specified education and recent military, explosive ordnance disposal, counter-IED, training, or operations-and-plans experience requirements. All contractor personnel must hold current Secret clearances, and the contractor must possess a current Secret facility clearance at proposal submission. The anticipated contract is firm-fixed-price with a 12-month base period, four 12-month option periods, and a possible six-month extension. Responses are limited to 10 pages and must provide the requested capabilities, business and contract information, teaming or subcontracting details, estimated proposal preparation time, and clearance verification.
