Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is requesting a quotation for two COVER, ACCESS components, NSN 5340-01-540-3740, under purchase request 7018203987. The approved item is identified as EVAC North America Inc. part number 3700125, CAGE 47WD8; alternate offers must include a complete data package for evaluation because adequate evaluation data is not available to the procurement agency. The items must be delivered within five days after delivery order, FOB origin, with destination inspection and acceptance. Packaging must comply with the stated DLA requirements, including applicable hazardous-material packaging, ASTM D3951 for nonhazardous material, MIL-STD-129 marking, and palletization requirements. The solicitation is not a small-business set-aside and requires quotes to be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
