Description
Christopher Newport University is procuring one commercial-scale in-vessel composting system, including manufacture, freight and delivery, installation, commissioning and startup services, eight hours of onsite operator training, documentation, and warranty support. The procurement lists one system and separate line items for delivery and installation, commissioning and startup, operator training, documentation and warranty support, freight and delivery, and applicable discounts. Partial bids will not be accepted and will be considered nonresponsive. The opportunity is a Small Business Set-Aside for Award. The current posting is Priority Round 2 and includes Addendum 2, which responds to an additional vendor question.
