Description
The State of Nevada, through the Nevada State Purchasing Division on behalf of the Department of Human Services, Division of Social Services, is seeking one contractor to provide Electronic Benefit Transfer and cash benefit services for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), and Summer Electronic Benefit Transfer (Summer EBT) programs. The contractor must provide an existing web-based EBT system and application, support nationwide interoperability, interface with state eligibility and related systems, incorporate client and public-assistance data, maintain system reports, and migrate existing system information or data. The contractor must also provide web-based mobile notification applications and may develop missing functionality or use subcontractors. The response must address mandatory minimum requirements, critical contract and insurance terms, the scope of work, vendor qualifications, key personnel, subcontractors, confidential business information, and technical and cost proposals. The contract is anticipated to run from February 15, 2027, through January 31, 2035. The solicitation replaces existing EBT work currently held by Fidelity Information Services, with Custom Data Processing identified as its subcontractor.
