NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS The Regional Transportation Commission of Washoe County (“RTC”) will be accepting Sealed Bid Proposals for construction of its White Fir Street Rehabilitation Project (PWP-WA-2026-542). Sealed Bid Proposals will be accepted online at https://rtcwashoe.procureware.com/home or at the reception desk at the RTC Engineering Department offices located at 1105 Terminal Way, Suite 108, Reno, Nevada, until 2:00:00 pm, September 28, 2026. Sealed Bid Proposals received will be publicly opened and read at 2:03p.m. (or as soon thereafter as possible) on the same date at the same address. RTC reserves the right to reject any and all bids or accept the bid that is deemed by the RTC to be in the best interest of the RTC. The Regional Transportation Commission of Washoe County, Nevada, is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the White Fir Street Rehabilitation Project, solicitation number PWP-WA-2026-542. The work will rehabilitate pavement on White Fir Street from the east bridge abutment to Woodland Avenue, and on Woodland Avenue from there to the cul-de-sac.
