Description
The University of Nevada, Reno is soliciting bids for a prevailing-wage construction project to construct a drainage diversion at the west-side exterior stairway of the University Foundation Arts Building. The work may require use of a forklift, scissor lift, or crane, and liquidated damages are specified at $500 per day. The estimated project cost range is $50,500 to $150,500. Work is scheduled to begin October 26, 2026, and be fully completed by April 30, 2027, subject to change by the owner. Required insurance applies if awarded, including commercial general liability, business automobile liability, workers' compensation, pollution liability, and builders risk; riggers liability is required if a crane is used. Bidders must attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk to submit a bid.
