Request for Proposals RFP #26/27-08 The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority's (RTAA) Contracts & Procurement Department, in accordance with the provisions of NRS Chapter 332, is currently accepting sealed Proposals from qualified and experienced operators (Respondents) to develop, manage, operate, and maintain the gaming concession at Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO). All sealed Proposals for RFP #26/27-08 Gaming Concession shall be opened at 2:00 PM [PDT], Tuesday, October 27, 2026. Solicitation documents and addenda are available online at the Nevada Government eMarketplace (NGEM) website: https://nevada.ionwave.net/. Prospective Respondents must register with the NGEM Supplier System and keep their contact information updated to continue to receive RFP solicitations and notifications. Description
The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified and experienced operators to develop, manage, operate, and maintain a gaming concession program at Reno-Tahoe International Airport. The concession includes the right to operate slot machines in designated locations, including reconfigured gaming areas in the existing pre-security terminal and new gaming locations in replacement concourses developed through the phased MoreRNO program. The program is intended to enhance the passenger experience, reflect the Reno-Tahoe region’s gaming identity, incorporate multiple gaming manufacturers, and maximize long-term revenue through innovation, operational excellence, and customer service. The opportunity is driven by the expiration of the current gaming concession agreement and the airport’s ongoing redevelopment. The concession lease will become effective when approved by the RTAA Board of Trustees, signed by all required parties, and filed with the Director of Contracts & Procurement. Respondents must upload all required documentation through the Nevada Government eMarketplace; mailed, hand-delivered, emailed, faxed, telephone, and oral proposals are invalid.
