Description
Truckee Meadows Water Authority is soliciting sealed bids for a public works project at the Chalk Bluff Water Treatment Plant. The scope includes replacing the existing 480V, 300A motor control center main section with a new 600A main section; replacing 25 kV load-break elbows within existing transformers, switches, and underground vaults; replacing fault indicators within the same equipment; and installing concrete aprons at various underground vault locations. An optional pre-bid conference and site visit is scheduled for September 24, 2026. Bidding documents are available through Truckee Meadows Water Authority Procurement Services, and bids must be submitted electronically through the NGEM online bidding system. Facsimile and hard-copy bids will not be accepted.
