Description
The City of Reno Public Works Department is soliciting proposals for the remodel of existing restrooms at its Corporate Yard. The work includes demolition of plumbing fixtures, walls, floors, and appurtenances in the existing restroom, locker room, and office space; removal and replacement of lockers; and construction of new walls, suspended ceilings, plumbing fixtures and piping, HVAC ducts and appurtenances, and electrical wiring, lighting, and appurtenances. The contractor must provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to complete the work in accordance with the contract documents. Bidders must register as vendors and appear on the prospective bidders list to submit a bid. A mandatory pre-walkthrough is scheduled at the project site, and proposals must be submitted through PlanetBids by the stated deadline.
