Description
The City of Cambridge is conducting market research on enterprise resource planning and human capital management services and solutions. The requested capabilities span human resources, recruiting, time and attendance, scheduling, payroll, position management, benefits, compensation, learning and performance management, case management, general ledger, budgeting, purchasing, accounts payable and receivable, cash management, fixed assets, project and grant management, and employee reimbursement. Respondents must provide information on module and functionality availability, third-party integrations, implementation approach and phasing, deployment model, project roles and effort, anticipated duration, marketplace experience, data migration, software support, payroll services, and potential interfaces with existing systems. The attached technical questionnaire requests structured responses and narrative comments, while the pricing questionnaire requests low and high planning estimates in $10,000 increments. This is an RFI for market research only; it is not a solicitation for quotes, bids, or proposals, and no contract will result from the RFI.
