Description
The University of Texas System Supply Chain Alliance is soliciting one or more preferred suppliers to provide virtual payment solutions and related services for clinical research participants served by Alliance members and affiliates. The opportunity concerns payment delivery and associated services rather than a specified physical product quantity. Proposals must include the required pricing, execution, HUB commitment and subcontracting-plan, survey, tax, insurance, electronic-information-resources, and information-security materials. Proposers must also address any requested exceptions to the sample preferred supplier agreement, scope of work, and pricing terms using tracked changes, or submit letters stating that no changes are requested. A virtual pre-proposal conference is scheduled through Microsoft Teams; attendance is not required but is strongly encouraged.
