The Kansas Board of Regents is seeking competitive proposals for outsourced student loan billing, servicing, payment processing, borrower communication, account maintenance, reporting, reconciliation, and collection support services for loan and repayment obligations administered by the board. The contractor must provide and maintain an existing or commercially available servicing environment, including any borrower portal, administrative access, payment-processing functionality, reporting dashboard, data-exchange capability, and similar technology required to perform the services. Custom software development and a state-owned billing platform are not requested.
