Description
The General Services Administration is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment for installation of an intrusion detection system serving an Internal Revenue Service office at the C. Clifton Young Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse. The system includes, at a minimum, a control panel, keypads, and motion detectors, along with associated electrical and installation work. The work is classified as construction and must comply with the applicable Nevada construction wage determination. The period of performance is 90 calendar days from the notice to proceed. Quotes must include a technical approach, two narratives for similar projects completed within the past three years, a detailed price breakdown separating labor and materials, and applicable representations and certifications. The acquisition is a total small-business set-aside, and payment protection equal to 100 percent of the contract price is required within 10 days after award.
