Description
The State Highway Patrol is soliciting bids for an agency-specific contract to furnish and deliver six brand-specific Bard wall-mounted air-conditioning units for VIPER communications towers. No substitutions are permitted. The required equipment includes 2.0-ton, 3.0-ton, and 3.5-ton units with specified refrigerant, electric heat, access configuration, filters, coils, low-ambient controls, alarm relays, disconnects, refrigerant leak detectors, and compressor control modules. The successful vendor must provide only the units, deliver them FOB destination within North Carolina within seven consecutive calendar weeks after receipt of a purchase order, and include all freight, offloading, and inside-delivery charges. The vendor must be an authorized Bard reseller or distributor, provide the manufacturer's standard warranty, and provide a five-year extended warranty. The response must include pricing, execution pages, required vendor responses, customer references, worker-location information, financial-condition certification, applicable lobbying certification, and the specified solicitation attachments.
