The Lake County Community Development Department has filed a Notice of Exemption for the Beckstoffer Replant - Phase 4b project. The project involves the removal of existing vines and replanting of approximately 45 acres of vineyard on parcels owned by Beckstoffer in Kelseyville, California. The work includes removing surface irrigation tubing and trellises, pushing over vines, and piling them within vineyard block boundaries. No grading or changes to the existing grade are proposed, and no native vegetation will be disturbed. The project is categorically exempt from CEQA under Class 1, Existing Facilities.
