Description
Southern Oregon University seeks an external partner to lead day-to-day operations of its farm, including crop stewardship, irrigation maintenance, staffing, equipment use, farm-stand operations, sales, and administration of existing community leases. The partner will retain farm-generated revenue and is responsible for operational staff salaries and material costs. The university retains responsibility for site utility costs and core utility systems, and will fund one graduate assistant.
