Description
The City of Nevada is soliciting bids to lease approximately 50 acres of hay ground located at its landfill property. Bidders may submit offers for the available tract, with pricing stated as an annual lease amount. The successful bidder must harvest and remove all hay from the property no later than July 1 of each lease year. The lease term is two years, beginning January 1, 2027, and ending December 31, 2028. The city reserves the right to alter or cancel the lease if an alternative economic-development use for the property arises.
