SEAGO Brownfields RFP NOTIFICATION OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS SOUTHEASTERN ARIZONA GOVERNMENTS ORGANIZATION REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS EPA BROWNFIELD ASSESSMENT COALITION GRANT Notice is hereby given that Southeastern Arizona Governments Organization (SEAGO) is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms for the implementation of a Brownfield Assessment Grant, awarded by the United States Environmental Protection Agency. The awarded firm will provide brownfield assessment services for selected sites in Cochise, Santa Cruz, Graham and Greenlee Counties in Arizona. Such services will include but not be limited to delivery of Phase I & II Environmental reports, Regulated Building Material assessments, re-use and re-development plans. See the RFQ documents linked below for a detailed scope of work for this federally-funded grant. WHERE TO OBTAIN RFQ PACKET : Interested firms may obtain the RFQ at the following website: https://www.seago.org/public-notices . PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE: No pre-proposal conference will be held for this solicitation. Prospective proposers are responsible for reviewing all solicitation documents and conducting any independent investigations necessary to prepare a proposal. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing to William Osborne at wosborne@seago.org no later than October 19, 2026. Responses to questions deemed material to the solicitation will be issued through a written addendum and made available to all prospective proposers.
