Description
The Village of Estero is seeking a pool of qualified firms to provide professional consulting services on an as-needed basis under a master contract. Potential services include bidding assistance, construction contract administration, construction engineering and inspection, cost estimates, damage assessments, environmental assessments, feasibility and planning studies, impact-fee consulting, land surveying, landscape and irrigation plans, stormwater and groundwater monitoring, permitting, project design and plan preparation, public involvement, utility coordination, and related professional disciplines. Areas of expertise include architecture, bridge and roadway work, environmental and geotechnical services, land and landscape architecture, parks, permitting, planning, stormwater, structural, traffic, trails, and utilities. Firms may identify only the areas for which they are qualified; no specific amount of work is guaranteed. The initial contract term is three years, with possible renewals for additional terms not exceeding three years each by mutual written agreement. Proposals must include a narrative of no more than seven pages addressing the firm's qualifications and experience, staff qualifications and experience, and proposed approach and methodology. The solicitation also requires specified affidavits, certifications, a W-9, proof of insurance or assurance of insurability, and electronic portal certifications. Submitted documents must be PDF/A compliant.
