Description
River Hills Economic Development District & Regional Planning Commission is soliciting proposals from a professional environmental consultant to develop a brownfield inventory, conduct Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, and prepare cleanup planning for multiple locations in Clark, Floyd, Harrison, Scott, and Washington Counties, Indiana. Respondents must address the complete RFP and demonstrate qualifications and experience with EPA-funded grants and brownfield property assessments. The project period is four years, from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2030. The solicitation is supported by a $500,000 Brownfield Coalition Community-wide Assessment Grant. Proposals will be evaluated and ranked, with interviews potentially conducted for shortlisted firms; negotiations will begin with the highest-ranked firm.
