Description
The City of Edmonds is soliciting statements of qualifications from individuals or firms to provide consultant services for the Edmonds Marsh Estuary Preliminary Design Project. The submission must address the project approach, the qualifications and experience of the project manager and project team, and references or past performance. The SOQ must be submitted electronically as a single PDF, limited to 25 single-spaced pages including resumes, using at least 12-point font and a single-volume format. The project includes funding from a National Fish and Wildlife Foundation grant.
