Description
The United States of America is requesting prequalification of general contractors for construction of the Purified Water Replenishment San Jacinto Valley Advanced Water Purification Facility Project. Only prequalified general contractors will be permitted to bid. The project has an estimated value of $160 million and may be financed with federal and state grant and loan funds, including Title XVI through the Bureau of Reclamation, the Clean Water State Revolving Fund, and the Water Recycling Funding Program through the State Water Resources Control Board. The work requires experience with externally funded projects and compliance obligations such as 2 CFR Part 200 procurement standards, certified payroll, prevailing wage requirements, and Buy America Build America compliance tracking.
