Description
Lone Pine Unified School District is soliciting sealed bids for the reroofing of Lo-Inyo Elementary School. The California public works project is subject to prevailing-wage requirements, California Department of Industrial Relations registration and compliance monitoring, and a 3 percent Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise participation goal. Bidders must possess and maintain a C-39 Roofing Contractor license. Required bid materials include the furnished Project Bid Form, bid security, contractor and subcontractor DIR-registration verification, designated-subcontractor list, recycled-content certificate, non-collusion declaration, Iran Contracting Act certification, site-visit certification, employment certification, and acknowledgment of bidding practices regarding indemnity. Payment and performance bonds are required before contract execution, in the forms and amounts specified in the Contract Documents.
