Description
Tulare County is soliciting bids for the 2026 Road Repair and Accountability Act (RRAA) Project 1. The project involves repairing asphalt materials on multiple segments of existing County roads. Work includes isolated pavement repairs, installation of new asphalt surfacing, shoulder corrective work (adding a thin course of granular material for leveling), and application of new traffic stripes and pavement markings. The project will occur at eight specific locations across the unincorporated communities of Exeter, Lindsay, Porterville, Delano, and Earlimart. Construction is anticipated to begin during the third and fourth quarters of 2026. The project is categorically exempt from CEQA under Class 1, Section 15301 (Existing Facilities).
