Description
The Brazoria County Toll Road Authority is soliciting bids for construction of the Brazoria County Expressway Phase II extension, from 600 linear feet north of West Fork Chocolate Bayou to 2,500 linear feet north of County Road 58 (Croix Road). The solicitation includes a plan set, general conditions for road, bridge, and related work, special specifications, canal-crossing and overpass construction and maintenance agreements, an acknowledgment form, required documents, a vendor response, and a bid table. The submission requires the provided Exhibit A – Required Documents, Exhibit B – Vendor Response, Attachment G Acknowledgement Form, and Attachment A Bid Table (BT-38CW), including its provided response template. The project is a defined construction effort rather than an ongoing service requirement.
