Description
The City of North Bend is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified financial institutions to provide comprehensive general banking and depository services, treasury management, fraud-prevention services, electronic banking, remote deposit capture, purchase and credit card services, and related financial services. The selected institution must be compliant with applicable Oregon and federal laws governing public funds and provide convenient in-person service through a physical presence in the immediate North Bend area. The initial contract term is five years beginning January 1, 2027, with options for extension at the City's discretion. The proposal package requires three original hard copies and one electronic PDF copy on a USB flash drive, submitted in a sealed package with specified exterior labeling.
