Description
The City of Navasota is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified banks, credit unions, and savings associations to serve as the City's depository and provide comprehensive banking and cash-management services. The scope includes depository and disbursement accounts, online treasury management and reporting, ACH and wire transfers, remote deposit capture, positive pay and payee verification, fraud-prevention controls, account reconciliation and analysis, earnings credit and interest-bearing options, investment sweep options, collateralization of public funds, and related services described in the RFP. The selected institution will provide implementation and conversion support, systems integration, training, relationship management, cybersecurity, business continuity, incident response, and ongoing service reviews. The anticipated initial term is five years beginning January 1, 2027, with up to two additional one-year renewal options. Proposals must include a digital version, and documents should be combined into a single searchable PDF whenever possible.
