Description
The City of Snellville, Georgia is seeking qualified banking institutions to provide comprehensive banking services. The selected institution will manage 14 bank accounts, including the General Fund, Payroll, Confiscated Assets, and various special funds. Services include online banking, electronic funds transfer (EFT), positive pay, wire transfers, account reconciliation, and credit card processing. The City requires same-day availability for deposits and incoming EFTs, collateralization of deposits at 110%, and a Bauer Financial Rating of 4 stars or greater. The contract is for an initial 3-year term with two 1-year renewal options. Proposals must include a technical proposal, a separate sealed fee schedule, and required forms. The evaluation will consider completeness, proposed solutions, financial strength, key personnel, references, and fee schedule. The City reserves the right to conduct interviews with top-ranked firms.
