Description
The West Virginia Department of Agriculture is soliciting a quotation for a one-time purchase of 100 bags of winter triticale forage seed. The seed must be a combination of winter wheat and winter rye, packaged in bags of at least 50 pounds, and contain between 11,000 and 15,000 seeds per pound. The quoted price must include delivery. The vendor must deliver within 10 working days after receiving a purchase order or notice to proceed. Award will be made to the vendor offering compliant seed at the lowest overall total cost. The solicitation requires completion of the attached Exhibit A pricing page; signed terms and conditions, addendum acknowledgment if applicable, and proof of insurance may also be submitted with the bid or provided by the successful vendor before award.
